Sitting Kuan Yin Qigong is a system of moving and non-moving meditations. Although it appears to be similar to the traditional forms of Chinese qigong and gives all the benefits of traditional qigong, such as healing and the strengthening and balancing of the mind and body, it is much more than that. The postures and movements of Kuan Yin Qigong have messages and images which are contemplated as they are being practiced. When practiced diligently and with sincerity, from within, one begins to find answers to the deepest questions in life. Far from just being a practice that enhances one's health, Kuan Yin Qigong also becomes a vehicle for the transformation of consciousness. In time, it brings one into alignment with the universal energy - the energy of Love.

Master Li Jun Feng is the founder of the International Shen Zhen Society and is the former Head Coach of both the Beijing and Chinese National Wushu (Martial Arts) teams. Before devoting his life to this form of qigong, Master Li was a Chinese film star and well-known martial arts champion. He gave all that up to spend his time teaching Kuan Yin Qigong to the world. It is his deepest desire to share the blessings he has received and all that he has attained in practicing this loving form of qigong.
