Taoist Secrets of Health & Well Being
Saturday April 17, 1999 10am-4:30pm. Fee $125 Dr. Chang will teach how to integrate diet, herbs, health, food, exercise, Chi Kung and spiritual practices for healing according to the 8 unifying Taoist principles.

Energy & Its Cultivation for Healing
Sunday April 18, 1999 9:30am-1:30pm. Fee $75 The art of energy practices or Chi development are an integral part of Taoist healing practice which includes Chi Kung, Tai Chi, meditation, internal exercise and alchemy. Dr. Chang will present a special in-depth lecture on how to reach a more comprehensive understanding and control of energy, our life force, and how to use it in our daily life for the purpose of healing and maintaining balance of mind and body.

Free Falun Gong Dafa Workshop in Atlanta, GA

Falun Gong is a high-level cultivation system, beyond ordinary Chi-gong that offers stress relief and health improvement. It has five sets of exercises that are smooth, natural, and easy to learn. It also has profound principles guiding the cultivation of mind and body. Volunteers introduce the system to the public, free of charge and no donations accepted. In the workshop we will do the following:
